At Duck Creek Dumpster Co., we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as fair and accommodating as possible while maintaining efficient scheduling for all of our customers.

Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund:
  Customers who cancel 48 hours or more prior to their scheduled dumpster delivery date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellation Fee:
  If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Same-Day Cancellations:
  Same-day cancellations (on the day of delivery) will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
